Core concepts
InsightHire is a full hiring platform built around evidence before live interviews:
- Positions — open roles with requirements, pipeline stages, and optional governance (requisitions, approvals).
- Journeys — ordered candidate flows: async video, assessments, documents, scheduling nodes.
- Review queue — ranked shortlist where recruiters watch clips, read AI summaries, and advance or reject.
- Structured interviews — live or async kits, scorecards, and panel feedback (feature-flagged per tenant).
- Analytics & compliance — funnel metrics, custom reports, DEI collection, blind review, fraud signals.
Feature flags
Several ATS-grade capabilities ship behind platform admin feature flags. Your tenant may not see every screen described here until InsightHire ops enables the flag. See Feature flags for the authoritative list and rollout status.
