Publish a careers page so candidates can browse your open roles and apply without waiting for an invitation.

Publish your careers page

1. Go to Settings → Careers.
2. Turn on Careers page enabled.
3. Add an optional headline and company description. These appear above your list of roles.
4. Copy the careers page link and share it on your website or in job posts.

Turning off Careers page enabled hides every public listing. It does not change the publishing setting on each position.

Publish positions

Turn on Published to careers page for each position you want candidates to see, then move the position to Posted. A position that is only Open does not accept public applications.

For a more useful listing, open the position and add:

• a short description for the listing card
• the location and employment type
• the department, if your organization displays departments

Custom domain (optional)

In Settings → Careers, you can enter a custom careers domain, such as careers.yourcompany.com. A custom domain is a web address that uses your company's name. Follow the DNS instructions provided by InsightHire; DNS is the system that connects the address to your careers page. After verification, candidates see the same listings on your custom domain.

If the careers page is disabled or its address is not recognized, candidates see a message that the page is unavailable.

LinkedIn and job boards

Set up LinkedIn separately under Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn. Candidates received through LinkedIn follow the same journey as careers-page applicants. Use Analytics → Sources to compare where applications come from.

Tips

• Match your logo and colors under Settings → Branding.
• Test with one open role before publishing all positions.
• Use Analytics → Funnel to compare applications with recruiter invitations.
