Review queue basics

How ranking works, watching evidence, bulk actions, and advancing candidates.

The review queue (/dashboard/review) is where recruiters spend most screening time. It shows candidates who completed journey steps (or applied with resume-only flows), sorted by composite score.

Queue columns

ColumnMeaning
CandidateName, email, source (careers, LinkedIn, invite)
PositionRole applied to
CompositeWeighted score across resume, video, assessments
StatusPipeline stage
FlagsFraud signals, authenticity warnings, missing feedback
UpdatedLast activity

Blind review (flag: dei_compliance)

When org enables blind review in Settings → Compliance, recruiters see redacted PII in the queue (name/email hidden until advance). Hiring managers may still see full profile per policy.

Watching evidence

Click a row to open the candidate profile:

  1. Summary — AI highlights, strengths/gaps per criterion
  2. Video — question-by-question clips with transcripts
  3. Assessment — item-level results
  4. Resume — parsed fields vs requirements
  5. Activity — stage history, messages

Keyboard shortcuts: j/k move rows, space play/pause video (where supported).

Actions

ActionEffect
AdvanceMove to next pipeline stage; may trigger surveys (flag)
RejectClose with reason; optional candidate email
HoldKeep in queue without stage change
MessageEmail from recruiter identity
Schedule interviewOpens scheduling flow

Bulk select rows for bulk reject or bulk advance when stages align.

Ranking logic

Composite score = weighted sum of enabled dimensions:

composite = w_resume * resume + w_video * video + w_assessment * assessment + w_culture * culture

Weights set per position. Tie-breakers: most recent completion, then manual recruiter pin.

SLA tips

  • Process new completes daily — candidates receive faster feedback.
  • Set position minimum score to auto-filter noise.
  • Use Tasks (flag: custom_pipelines) for follow-ups ("call reference", "HM review").
