Emails
One place to see every message candidates receive from a job, when it goes out, and what still needs setting up.
Hiring → Emails shows everything a candidate can receive from a job, in the order they would receive it. Nothing is configured here; each row links to the place where it is.
What sends when
- Pick a job from the selector, or leave Your default setup to see what applies to every job.
- Read the timeline top to bottom: Applied, Screening, Interview, Decision, After.
- Each row says when the message goes out and which template it uses, for example "When a candidate applies → 'Welcome to Acme' email" or "1 day after reaching this step → 'Interview tips' email". Rows marked team only go to your colleagues, not the candidate. Off means the rule exists but is switched off.
- Choose Edit on a row to jump to the journey step, automation, job setting, survey campaign or template behind it.
Above the timeline, Things to fix lists gaps in plain words, such as "Candidates who are rejected at Phone screen do not get an email" or "Auto-invite is off, so strong candidates wait for you to schedule them", each with a Fix link.
Where each message is configured

| Auto-invite to interview | The job's Settings tab |
| Automated emails and interview invitations at a pipeline stage | Settings → Job settings → Automation, or the job's interview plan |
| Rejection after an interview | The stage's rejection email in Settings → Pipelines |
| Offer email | Settings → Offers |
