Outcomes
Track hires, rejections, time-to-hire, and per-position hiring efficiency.
The Outcomes tab answers whether hiring activity is converting to hires and how long the process takes.

Key metrics
The page surfaces summary totals for the selected date range, typically including:
- Hires — candidates reaching a hired terminal state
- Rejections — closed negative outcomes
- Average days to hire — elapsed time from invite/apply to hire
- Per-position breakdown — invited, hires, rejected, avg days to hire by role
Use the position filter to isolate a hard-to-fill requisition or department.
Per-position table
The hires-per-position grid helps compare requisitions:
| Column | Use |
|---|---|
| Invited | Top-of-funnel volume |
| Hires | Closed-won count |
| Rejected | Closed-lost count |
| Avg days to hire | Speed metric for planning |
Click through to the live pipeline on /dashboard/positions/[id] when a row looks anomalous (many invites, zero hires).

Requisitions with approved headcount live at /dashboard/requisitions. Compare filled vs approved slots against Outcomes hire counts to ensure analytics align with workforce planning.
Export
Use CSV export on the Outcomes tab for board reporting. For recurring executive summaries, save a custom report at /dashboard/reports/builder when custom_reports is enabled.
Definitions
Outcome stages follow application status and pipeline terminal states configured on the position. Rejected applications after fraud confirmation (/dashboard/candidates/flagged) count toward rejection totals.
